NDAX Login

This page explains how to sign in to your NDAX account, keep your session secure, and resolve common access problems. Follow the steps below to complete a successful login and to strengthen the protections around your digital-asset account.

Quick login steps

Navigate to the NDAX sign-in page, enter the email address associated with your account, then type your password. After submitting credentials you will typically be prompted for two-factor authentication (2FA) if it is enabled. Completing 2FA finalizes access and opens your NDAX dashboard.

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

Enable 2FA (recommended) using an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Authy. When 2FA is active, signing in requires the temporary code generated by the app in addition to your email and password. This prevents access even if your password is compromised.

Pro tip: Back up your 2FA recovery keys securely (offline). If you lose device access, recovery keys are the fastest way to restore 2FA.

Password best practices

Troubleshooting common login problems

If your password doesn’t work, use the account recovery or "Forgot password" flow on NDAX to reset it. Check your spam or promotions folder for reset emails. If 2FA codes are rejected, confirm your authenticator app’s clock is synced to network time and try resynchronizing the app.

Session and device management

Review active sessions from your NDAX account settings and revoke any device or browser you don't recognize. Always sign out on shared devices and clear browser storage for extra safety.

When to contact support

Contact NDAX support if you suspect unauthorized activity, lose access to both email and 2FA, or if you see account changes you didn’t make. Provide only the minimum required verification information and never share your password or full 2FA codes publicly.

Note: This guidance covers general NDAX login and account security practices. For platform-specific procedures, follow the official NDAX help center and support channels.
